CIP stands for "Clean in Place" and is a special equipment for cleaning beverage processing and filling equipment. It provides three working programs: acid washing, alkaline washing and water washing, and the acid and alkaline concentration and hot water temperature can be set automatically.
The cleaning process is controlled by the operator, and individual equipment can be cleaned independently by opening and closing the valve.
The cleaning procedure should conform to the processing process and the used auxiliary/alkali/water solution can be recycled.
